He has worked as a Senior Process Engineer at ASMI, one of the leading equipment providers for IDMs & foundries that produce hard disk drives, MEMS, PV solar, LEDs, and ICs. While at ASMI, he was a Client Project Manager for Intel regarding atomic layer deposition of high-k dielectrics and metal gates. He was also a Process Engineer in Micron’s Strategic R&D Dept. in
collaboration with Intel via IMFT, where he helped enable advancements in NAND flash, SSDs, DRAM, 3D-ICs & CMOS image sensor ICs and was an industry pioneer & leading innovator in double patterning for shrinking microchip node sizes. He has authored numerous US patents & technical, peer-reviewed publications; plus over 400 internet journal articles, which have received many prestigious citations in the national media & initiated a myriad of invited talks nationally.
